doc-Q-manager - the core output-management toolbox gives complete control over print queues. Simple and easy to use it allows users to manage, prioritise, and copy or move jobs between print queues with the click of a mouse. Printers may be clustered and jobs split across queues for increased throughput. Print job activity may be reported using ATI's output logging or by linking to third party accounting software. Processes and workflows may be automated to match individual operational requirements.

The optional doc-Q-view modules enable PCL and PostScript encoded jobs to be previewed before printing. They also enable print room operators to reprint any page or part of a job without having to revert to the host application.

doc-Q-forms reformats host data output on the fly using the simplicity of Microsoft Word without host re-programming . It allows you to automatically merge variable flat host data into your pre-formatted Word document. Variable graphics, logos, signatures, etc. can be linked to data such as post code, user name, etc. all without the expense of host programming.
