Laserforce is a trading name of ATI's
maintenance division. It employs a team of regionally based
field technicians providing on-site services nationwide for many
types of computer peripherals across a breadth of industries and
applications. Backing up the team in the field there is a
skilled technical support resource working alongside the centralised
service call-centre and workshop facilities based at the corporate
HQ, which is strategically located near London’s Heathrow airport,
with ready access to the M25 and the UK’s motorway network.

IT peripheral hardware maintenance
From its early
years Laserforce has had a strategy of maintaining everything it
sells, particularly specialised in supplying and supporting computer
printers for all types of application, from high volume data-centre
computer printing, through office based departmental devices, to
industrial barcode printing on the shop floor.
Service contract terms are individually tailored to match the
peripheral type and specific users’ needs, be it simple 3 day
“Return to Base” through to “24 x 7” cover.
Workshop services
An effective
workshop service is a key element to the quality back up of
Laserforce’s field service maintenance contract operations, as well
as providing the resource for an efficient “Return to Base” service
relevant to smaller peripherals.
The efficient and cost competitive quality service is provided by a
team of dedicated workshop technicians, even providing repair down
to component level where appropriate.
All repairs are carried out under strict quality control with
warranty to match.
Asset Management
For larger
maintenance contracts Laserforce can offer an asset management
service to assist corporate management with control over computer
peripherals.
Under this service Laserforce maintains a record of all IT
hardware equipment and related information.
This is kept up to date by regular site equipment audits to
maintain control over the status and location of assets.
Together with such audit, other regular reporting may be
included such as: equipment usage, condition/quality status,
equipment obsolescence, recommendations of rationalisation or
replacement, etc.
